In 2017 Blue Dragon will continue to focus on the ‘Land of the Thunder Dragon’ – Bhutan. We will continue exploring the rich diversity and culture of this hidden kingdom. This is a trip for those wanting to step back in time, to a country who believe in ‘Gross National Happiness’, and who have just been recognised as the only totally organic country on the planet.
Situated between Tibet in the North and India to its East, West and South. Take your time to explore ancient Dzongs – which are the focal point of the community housing both government and monastery.
We will be accompanied by and have the opportunity to have teachings from H.E. Namdak Choeying Rinpoche.
This is an opportunity to undertake a pilgrimage through this Buddhist Kingdom and strengthen your practice.
